Resolution to Accept an Easement for Storm Sewers at 479-481 Village Oaks Court from Christoph Zoller (8 Votes Required)
Memorandum
This easement is included in the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) Village Oaks/Chaucer Court Storm Sewer Overflow Project (UT-ST-14-01) to relieve neighborhood flooding, as approved in Council resolution R-18-375. This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Christoph Zoller is the owner of property commonly known as 479-481 Village Oaks Court, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103, described at Liber 4102, Page 309 and Liber 4742, page 985, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Christoph Zoller has signed a grant of easement for storm sewers, described as:
Commencing at the SW Corner of “479-481 Village Oaks Court Condominium”, according to the Master Deed as recorded in Liber 3753, Pages 36-58 as amended, Washtenaw County Records, thence S 86°29’30” E 34.16 feet along the South line of said “479-481 Village Oaks Court Condominium”, to the Point of Beginning of a Storm Sewer Easement, thence N 42°25’39” W 6.28 feet; thence N 47°34’21” E 30.00 feet; thence S 42°25’39” E 37.27 feet; thence N 86°29’30” W 43.14 feet along the South line of said “479-481 Village Oaks Court Condominium”. Being a part of “479-481 Village Oaks Court Condominium” according to the Master Deed recorded in Liber 3753, Pages 36-58, as amended, Washtenaw County Records.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accept this grant of easement.
