An Ordinance to Amend Section 9:61 and 9:62 of Chapter 108 (Disorderly Conduct) of Title IX of the Code of the City of Ann Arbor

Memorandum

The proposed amendments, which were prepared in direct accordance with City Council’s directives as set forth in Resolution R-26-274, explicitly prohibit the disturbance of peace at a place of religious worship and prohibit criminal interference with access to a place of religious worship.
