Whereas, Glorycrest Burton Road Inc., a Michigan corporation, is the owner of property commonly known as 2805 Burton Road, Ann Arbor MI 48104; and
Whereas, Glorycrest Burton Road Inc. has signed a grant of easement for stormwater and appurtenances as shown and described in the attached easement and map:
Commencing at the SW corner of Lot 14 of “Supervisor's Plat Number One” as recorded in Liber 9 of Plats, Page 49, Washtenaw County Records, a subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 2, T3S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence N00°56'48”E 964.31 feet along the Easterly right-of-way line of Burton Road (Variable width) to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along said Easterly right-of-way line of Burton Road N00°56'48”E 39.25 feet; thence N25°43'21”E 109.93 feet; thence N60°08'19”W 52.63 feet; thence N00°56'48”E 34.27 feet along said Easterly right-of-way line of Burton Road; thence S60°08'19”E 66.96 feet; thence S68°35'13”E 30.16 feet; thence S25°43'21”W 165.27 feet; thence 11.38 feet along a tangential curve to the right, radius 10.00 feet, central angle 65°13'27”, long chord S58°20'04”W 10.78 feet; thence N89°03'12”W 8.53 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Being part of the SE 1/4 of Section 2, T3S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
