Curb Management Plan Presentation by Ann Arbor Downtown Development Authority (DDA)
The Planning Commission will receive a presentation from the Ann Arbor Downtown Development Authority (DDA) on their Curb Management Plan. This overview will address how downtown curb space, loading zones, and related activities are managed as part of the development review process. Jada Hahlbrock, DDA Parking Manager, and Chrissy Mancini Nichols, National Director of Curb Management and New Mobility with Walker Consultants, will provide the presentation and answer commissioner questions. The goal is to help the Planning Commission better understand how the DDA manages curb space overall, and how this is considered for new development.
