Memorandum
Approval of this ordinance will rezone this 0.3-acre parcel from TWP to R1B. A petition to annex this parcel was approved by City Council on March 16, 2026. No development is proposed. The property has now been annexed into the City.
The City Planning Commission determined that the proposed rezoning is consistent with the adjacent zoning, the surrounding land uses, and the City's Comprehensive Land Use Plan and recommended approval of the request at the March 17, 2026 meeting.
