Resolution to Accept a Sanitary Sewer Easement on John Street from Mary A. Hathaway (8 Votes Required)
Memorandum
This easement is for an existing sanitary sewer. Repair of the sanitary sewer is needed and scheduled to take place in the spring of 2020. This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Mary Hathaway is the owner of property commonly known as John Street Vacant, by virtue of deed recorded in Liber 3351, Page 241 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Mary Hathaway has signed a grant of easement for sanitary sewers and appurtenances, described as:
An 8 foot sanitary sewer easement being a part of Weinberg’s Subdivision as recorded in Liber 3 of Plats, page 8, Washtenaw County Records, described as: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 42 of Weinberg’s Subdivision; thence South 87 degrees 34 minutes 12 seconds West 8.00 feet along the North line of John Street; thence North 02 degrees 50 minutes 09 seconds West 55.05 feet parallel with the East line of said Lot 42; thence North 87 degrees 34 minutes 12 seconds East 8.00 feet parallel with the North line of John Street; thence South 02 degrees 50 minutes 09 seconds East along the East line of said Lot 42 to the Point of Beginning.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accept this grant of easement.
