Memorandum
In 2009 and 2012 City Council accepted grants of easement from the Public Schools of the City of Ann Arbor (AAPS) for water main at Northside school. Additional water main is needed at Ann Arbor STEAM at Northside. The new water main easement describes the full extent of the existing and new water mains and is intended to supersede and replace the prior easements.
This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.
