An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 55 (Zoning), Rezoning of 4.16 Acres from O (Office District) to R4E (Multiple-Family Dwelling District), The Crescent Rezoning, 2525 Ann Arbor-Saline Road (CPC Recommendation: Approval - 6 Yeas and 1 Nays) (ORD-25-26) (8 Votes Required)

Memorandum

Approval of this resolution will rezone this 4.16 acre parcel from O to R4E to allow the construction of 262 apartment residential units in a five-story building with a central amenity deck and a lower-level parking garage.

The City Planning Commission determined that the proposed rezoning is consistent with the adjacent zoning, the surrounding land uses, and the City's Master Plan and recommended approval of the request at its meeting of August 5, 2025.
