Resolution to Appoint Councilmember Cornell to the Local Development Finance Authority (“LDFA”)

Whereas, One position on the Local Development Finance Authority (“LDFA”) is reserved for a member of the Ann Arbor City Council; and
Whereas, The City Council is vested with the power to appoint the Council representative to the LDFA;
RESOLVED, That, under the terms of the LDFA Agreement with the City of Ypsilanti, Councilmember Cornell is appointed as the Council representative to the LDFA for the remainder of the term July 1, 2026-June 30, 2030.
