Whereas, Green Road Retail, LLC is the owner of property commonly known as 3601 Plymouth Road, described at Liber 5106, Page 485 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Green Road Retail, LLC, has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:
Commencing at the South 1/4 corner of Section 14, T2S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence N01°40'45"W 809.12 feet along the North-South 1/4 line of said Section 14; thence N69°00'35"E 350.32 feet along the Centerline of Plymouth Road (100 feet wide); thence N01°48'25"W 347.77 feet; thence 110.42 feet along the arc of a 500.00 foot radius circular curve to the right with a central angle of 12°39'10", having a chord which bears N57°27'40"E 110.19 feet; thence S26°12'45"E 20.00 feet for a PLACE OF BEGINNING; thence 40.04 feet along the arc of a 480.00 foot radius circular curve to the right with a central angle of 4°46'47", having a chord which bears N66°10'39"E 40.03 feet; thence S21°32'02"E 44.15 feet; thence S68°27'58"W 40.00 feet; thence N21°32'02"W 42.55 feet to the Place of Beginning.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor accepts this grant of easement.
