Whereas, AAPS is the owner of property commonly known as Bryant Elementary School, 2150 Santa Rosa Drive, as described in a deed recorded in Liber 1383, Page 33 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, AAPS has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:
40' WIDE WATER MAIN EASEMENT
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 10, Town 3 South, Range 6 East, and proceeding thence North 87?54'25" East, 1332.90 feet along the South line of said Section 10 and the centerline of Ellsworth road; thence North 00?43'20" West, 688.25 feet along the boundary line of "Arbor Oaks Subdivision no. 1", as recorded in liber 19 of plats, pages 67-71, Washtenaw County records; thence South 87?47' West, 502.23 feet; thence North 00?53'05" West, 493.73 feet along the boundary line of said "Arbor Oaks Subdivision No. 1" and its southerly extension, to the point of beginning; thence continuing along said subdivision boundary line, North 00?53'05" West, 44.55 feet; thence 135.89 feet along the arc of a non-tangent circular curve, concave to the North, having a radius of 279.23 feet, a central angle of 27?52'59" and a chord bearing South 76?45'46" East, 134.55 feet; thence North 89?17'44" East, 304.96 feet; thence North 00?52'20" West, 13.40 feet; thence North 89?07'40" East, 40.00 feet; thence South 00?52'20" East, 32.26 feet; thence North 89?07'40" East, 28.00 feet to the boundary line of said "Arbor Oaks Subdivision No. 1"; thence along said subdivision boundary...
