Resolution to Approve a Maintenance Agreement at 201 Glen Ave with Catherine Ann Development Company LLC
Memorandum
This Maintenance Agreement pursuant to The Glen Mixed Use Development Modified PUD Site Plan approved by City Council on October 7, 2019, R-19-459 and Development Agreement recorded January 4, 2019, in Liber 5286, page 936.
The agreement obligates the development owner to maintain the street pull-off area adjacent to the development and runs with the land. This agreement accompanies the sidewalk easement also on this agenda.

Whereas, Catherine Ann Development Company LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 201 Glen Ave, Ann Arbor MI 48104 and described below:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 8, Block 2 North, Huron Street, Range 13 East, Eastern Addition to the Village (now City) of Ann Arbor, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Liber "P" of Deeds, page 4, Washtenaw County Records; thence North 89 degrees 56 minutes 40 seconds West 66.00 feet along the South line of said Lot 8 and the North right of way line of Ann Street (66.00 feet wide); thence North 00 degrees 06 minutes 52 seconds West 222.98 feet along a line parallel with and 66.00 feet East of the West right of way line of Glen Avenue (66.00 feet wide); thence South 89 degrees 54 minutes 28 seconds East 66.00 feet along a line parallel with the South right of way line of Catherine Street (66.00 feet wide); thence South 00 degrees 06 minutes 52 seconds East 222.94 feet along the West right of way line of said Glen Avenue to the Point of Beginning; being a part of Lots 5, 6, 7, and 8, Block 2 North of Huron Street, Range 13 East, Eastern Addition to the Village (now City) of Ann Arbor, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Liber "P" of Deeds, page 4, Washtenaw County Records; and
