Title

An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 55 (Unified Development Code), Rezoning of 0.51 Acres from TWP (Township District) to R1B (Single-Family Dwelling District), Loo Property, 444 Huntington Place (CPC Recommendation: Approval - 8 Yeas and 0 Nays) (ORD-24-21)

Memorandum

This ordinance will zone this property R1B (Single-Family Dwelling District), now that the property has been officially annexed into the City.  The Secretary of State recently notified the City Clerk that this boundary change became effective on July 15, 2024.

The proposed zoning is consistent with the adjacent zoning, the surrounding land uses, and the City's Comprehensive Plan.  The City Planning Commission, at its meeting of April 16, 2024, recommended approval of the request.
