Memorandum

Approval of this resolution will rezone this 1.2 acre parcel from M1 to C2B to allow the construction of 50 apartment residential units across two buildings with parking beneath the buildings.

 

The City Planning Commission determined that the proposed rezoning is consistent with the adjacent zoning, the surrounding land uses, and the City's Comprehensive Plan and recommended approval of the request at its meeting of May 5, 2026.
