This easement is given as part of Phase I of the Dexter Road Sidewalk Project. This easement is granted voluntarily by the property owner to accommodate a tree in the right of way.

Whereas, Catherine E. Wadhams, Trustee of the Catherine E. Wadhams Revocable Trust dated 02/11/2014, is the owner of property commonly known as 2800 Dexter Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103; and
Whereas, Catherine E. Wadhams, Trustee of the Catherine E. Wadhams Revocable Trust dated 02/11/2014, has signed a grant of easement for public sidewalk as shown and described below and on the attached easement and map:
A triangular permanent easement for a public sidewalk being located in “Scioto Hills No. 1” a subdivision of the Southeast ¼ of Section 24, Township 2 South, Range 5 East, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, as recorded in Liber 8, page 30, Washtenaw County Plat Records; said permanent sidewalk easement being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 142 of said “Scioto Hills No. 1”; thence North 58 degrees 33 minutes 30 seconds West 15.00 feet along the Southerly line of said Lot 142; thence North 62 degrees 24 minutes 20 seconds East 29.15 feet to a point on the Easterly line of said Lot 142; thence South 31 degrees 26 minutes 30 seconds West 25.00 feet along said Easterly line of Lot 142 to the Point of Beginning.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
