Attached for your review and approval is a resolution to award a two-year general services contract with RACM, L.L.C., D/B/A Servpro Team Miller, for Water Damage Remediation Services in the amount of $170,000.00, ITB No. 4790.
The City of Ann Arbor contracts for services related to water damage remediation after a sanitary or storm sewer backup that results from a blockage or a surcharge in City-owned and maintained sewers and property damage due to water distribution system water main breaks. The offered services include sanitizing and debris removal but does not include repair or restoration of the property.
ITB 4790, Water Damage Remediation Services, was advertised on the City’s Website and on the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network (MITN) website. Nine (9) bids were received and publicly opened on July 1, 2026. RACM, L.L.C., D/B/A Servpro Team Miller was the lowest responsible bidder.
Budget/Fiscal Impact: Funding is available in the FY27 Operations and Maintenance budgets of the Sewage Disposal System Fund, Stormwater Fund and Water System Fund and will be made available in subsequent fiscal years if approved by Council.
RACM, L.L.C., D/B/A Servpro Team Miller complies with the City’s Non-Discrimination, Conflict of Interest, and Living Wage ordinances.
