Memorandum
This is an easement for a new water main and hydrant per the Kingsley Condominiums site plan and Development Agreement. This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Kingsley Condominiums LLC is the owner and developer of property commonly known as Kingsley Condominiums, described in Master Deed recorded in Liber 5212, Page 839 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Kingsley Condominiums LLC has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:
Commencing at the North 1/4 corner, Section 29, Township 2 South, Range 6 East, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence N85°36'05"E 30.00 feet (recorded as N87°53'30"E 29.32 feet) along the centerline of Felch Street, as shown on Assessor's Plat No. 22, recorded in Liber 9 of Plats, page 6, Washtenaw County Records; thence S03°45'07"E 33.00 feet (recorded as S02°06'30"E); thence S85°36'05"W 26.03 feet (recorded as S87°53'30"W 25.97 feet) along the south line of said Felch Street; thence S08°48'53"W 90.57 feet (recorded as S10°27'30"W 90.79 feet); thence S06°33'53"W 343.51 feet (recorded as S08°12'40"W 343.86 feet); thence S87°58'21"E 24.00 feet along the north right-of-way line of Kingsley Street for a Place of Beginning; thence N01°39'42"E 12.45 feet; thence N88°20'18"W 10.37 feet; thence N01°39'42"E 40.00 feet; thence S88°20'18"E 54.37 feet; thence S01°39'42"W 52.73 feet; thence N87°58'21"W 44.00 feet along said right-of-way line to the Place of Beginning.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
