Memorandum
This easement is given pursuant to the Nixon Farm North Site Plan and the Nixon Farm South Site Plan approved by City Council on December 21, 2015, R-15-417 and R-15-418, respectively.
This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.

Whereas, Toll MI VI Limited Partnership, a Michigan limited partnership, is the developer of property commonly known as North Oaks Condominium, a condominium according to the Master Deed recorded in Liber 5179, page 608, as amended, Washtenaw County Records and designated as Washtenaw County Condominium Subdivision No. 645, Ann Arbor, MI 48105; and
Whereas, Toll MI VI Limited Partnership has signed a grant of easement for public pedestrian, bicycle, and non-motorized access described in the attached map and legal description;
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
