Colonial Oaks is the legal entity for the RAD-converted properties at Mallett’s Creek, Hillside Manor, South Seventh, Upper Platt, Broadway, West Washington, and Oakwood.
The auditors did not identify any deficiencies or material weakness in internal controls. The auditors did not identify any incidents of non-compliance with General Auditing Standards.

Body
WHEREAS, the Commission contracted with Smith and Klaczkiewicz, PC Certified Public Accounting firm (“outside auditor”) to conduct Colonial Oaks financial audit for year-end June 30, 2025 (FY25); and
WHEREAS, the outside auditor has presented the Commission with the Colonial Oaks final financial audit for FY25; and
WHEREAS, Commission staff have reviewed and agree with such final financial audit; and
RESOLVED, that the Ann Arbor Housing Commission Board approves the audited financial statements for Colonial Oaks for the year ending June 30, 2025 (FY25) attached hereto.
