Whereas, Radiant Church of Michigan, a Michigan nonprofit corporation, is the owner of property commonly known as 410 S. Maple Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103; and
Whereas, Radiant Church of Michigan, a Michigan nonprofit corporation, has signed a grant of easement for sanitary sewers and appurtenances as shown and described in the attached easement and map and as follows:
A 36-foot wide sanitary sewer easement, being located in the Southeast ¼ of Section 25, Town 2 South, Range 5 East, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, being more particularly described as: Commencing at the East ¼ corner of said Section 25; thence South 00 degrees 28 minutes 00 seconds West, along the East line of said Section 25, 326.00 feet to the Northeast corner of a 68-foot wide sanitary sewer easement recorded in Liber 3352, page 109, Washtenaw County Register of Deeds; thence along said sanitary sewer easement the following four (4) course: 1) North 89 degrees 06 minutes 36 seconds West, 651.63 feet; 2) North 89 degrees 06 minutes 36 seconds West, 15.53 feet; 3) South 45 degrees 22 minutes 36 seconds West, 212.15 feet; 4) South 00 degrees 52 minutes 53 seconds West, 92.46 feet to the North line of Radiant Church of Michigan’s property described in the Covenant Deed recorded in Liber 5201, page 82, Washtenaw County Register of Deeds and the Point of Beginning of said 36-foot wide sanitary sewer easement; thence along said North line of Radiant Church of Michigan’s property South 89 degrees 45 minutes 45 seconds East, 36.00 feet; thence South 0...
