Resolution to Establish Annual Population Adjustment for Ann Arbor Township
Memorandum
Approval of the attached resolution will establish annual population adjustments through annexations that occurred in Ann Arbor Township during the 2007 calendar year. This procedure is necessary to determine the proper pro rata share for any State funds, monies or grants, in accordance with the Home Rule Cities Act. The township has been notified of this process and was provided with the same resolution for approval by its respective Township Board. Upon approval by the City and township, the joint resolution will be forwarded to the Secretary of State.
