Whereas, Trowbridge Homes of Hideaway, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, is the developer of property commonly known as Hideaway Lane Condominium, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105; and
Whereas, Trowbridge Homes of Hideaway, LLC has signed a grant of easement for water main and appurtenances as shown and described in the attached easement and map:
