Resolution to Accept an Easement for Water Main at Arlington Place Condominium from the Arlington Place Condominium Association (8 Votes Required)
Memorandum
This easement is for an existing water main for which the City does not have an easement. The water main is shown on the Brookfield Court Apartments site plan approved by City Council on February 23, 1989, R-79-2-89. Due to the age of the pipe, it is being replaced and the easement is needed in order to do the work.

Whereas, The Arlington Place Condominium Association is the condominium association of co-owners designated to manage and administer the real property commonly known as Arlington Place Condominium in Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104; and
