Attached for your consideration is a request from Anna’s House Ann Arbor, LLC to Transfer the Classification of a Liquor License from a Tavern License to a Class C License Located at 445 E Eisenhower Pkwy Unit 1, Anna’s House Ann Arbor. The applicant plans to maintain the same operation as currently licensed.
Planning and Development, the City Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
