Whereas, Surrey Park Investors LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 2500 Keystone Lane and 2500 Breckenridge Drive, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103; and
Whereas, Surrey Park Investors LLC has signed a grant of easement for water main and appurtenances as shown and described in the attached easement and map:

Commencing at the East 1/4 corner of Section 36, Town 2 South, Range 5 East, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence South 01 degree 43 minutes 02 seconds East 276.70 feet; thence South 88 degrees 16 minutes 57 seconds West 173.49 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 88 degrees 17 minutes 04 seconds West 40.00 feet; thence North 01 degree 42 minutes 56 seconds West 141.40 feet; thence North 80 degrees 55 minutes 41 seconds East 20.17 feet; thence North 88 degrees 17 minutes 04 seconds East 19.99 feet; thence South 01 degree 42 minutes 56 seconds East 143.98 feet to the Point of Beginning.
