Memorandum
Approval of this ordinance will zone this 1.49 acre parcel from TWP to R1A to allow access to City utilities. The site was recently annexed into the City, effective on March 11, 2022 as notified by the Secretary of State to the City Clerk.
The City Planning Commission determined that the proposed zoning is consistent with the adjacent zoning, the surrounding land uses, and the City's Comprehensive Plan and recommended approval of the request at its meeting on July 22, 2021.
