Craftsman Club 4 is a 501(c)3 civic nonprofit agency that is dedicated to advancing the principles of Freemasonry through service, charity, and education enrichment. Their mission is to support the charitable work of St. Mary's Lodge #4, PHA by fostering a supportive and engaging environment where brothers can gather, learn, and serve.

Passage of the attached resolution will allow Craftsman Club 4 to hold qualifying events such as poker tournaments and raffles. They are currently planning for future fundraising events. Passage of this resolution is required in order to obtain final approval from the Charitable Gaming Division of the Bureau of State Lottery for any future events.
