Memorandum
Approval of this resolution will rezone this 2.65 acre parcel from TWP (Township District) to PL (Public Land District) now that the property has been officially annexed into the City and is owned by Ann Arbor Public Schools.
The City Planning Commission determined that the proposed rezoning is consistent with the adjacent zoning, the surrounding land uses, and the City's Comprehensive Plan and recommended approval of the request at its meeting of 5-21-24.
