Title
Resolution to Approve Purchase of Servers, Software, and Professional Services from CDW Government, LLC for Computing Operations for the Water Resource Recovery Facility ($155,000.00)
Memorandum
Attached for your review and approval is a resolution authorizing payment to CDW Government, LLC for new Dell servers utilizing the Nutanix Cloud Platform, including a Statement of Work outlining the professional services for implementation.

The Information Technology Department maintains local onsite servers at the Water Resource Recovery Facility to ensure business continuity and minimize the risk of operational disruptions. The proposed equipment purchase will replace aging hardware scheduled for decommissioning. This procurement utilizes the Sourcewell cooperative purchasing agreement to ensure competitive pricing.

Budget/Fiscal Impact: Total FY26 costs are $132,328.15. A contingency of $22,671.85 is being requested to mitigate potential price fluctuations in the server hardware market due to the global shortage of high-capacity memory components and sustained demand from AI infrastructure. This expense was planned and budgeted for in the FY26 Information Technology Services Budget.
