Whereas, Karen G. Richard and Barbara Jo Smith, are the owners of property commonly known as 3035 Brockman Blvd, Ann Arbor MI 48104; and
Whereas, Karen G. Richard and Barbara Jo Smith, have signed a grant of easement for public sidewalk as shown and described on the attached easement and map:
A 6 FOOT WIDE EASEMENT FOR SIDEWALK PURPOSES, DESCRIBED CENTERLINE LOCATED IN LOT 13 OF EASTOVER HILLS SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 04, TOWN 3 NORTH, RANGE 6 EAST, CITY OF ANN ARBOR, WASHTENAW COUNTY, MICHIGAN, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 13 OF EASTOVER HILLS SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 04, TOWN 3 NORTH, RANGE 6 EAST, CITY OF ANN ARBOR, WASHTENAW COUNTY, MICHIGAN; THENCE S03°05'14E 2.64 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING AND THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE FOR BROCKMAN BOULEVARD; THENCE CONTINUING S03°05'14E 6.75 FEET ALONG THE EAST LINE OF LOT 13, THENCE ALONG A CURVE WITH A CHORD BEARING S63°24'02"W HAVING A CHORD DISTANCE OF 35.98 FEET AND A RADIUS OF 258.14 FEET, THENCE N 22°36'09"E 6.00 FEET, THENCE ALONG A CURVE WITH A CHORD BEARING N63°05'32"W HAVING A CHORD DISTANCE OF 38.26 FEET AND A RADIUS OF 257.97 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. CONTAINING 220 SQUARE FEET MORE OR LESS.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
