This easement is one of several easements obtained for the Pittsfield Retail Project. This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City. Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Washtenaw Commons, LLC and NEJ-Washtenaw, LLC are the owners of property commonly known as 3500 Washtenaw Avenue, described at Liber 5065, Page 886 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Washtenaw Commons, LLC and NEJ-Washtenaw, LLC have signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:
Part of the N.E. 1/4 of Section 2, T.3S., R.6E., Pittsfield Township, Washtenaw Co., Michigan. Commencing at the North 1/4 Corner of Section 2; thence along the North-South 1/4 line of Section 2, S00°13'58”E, 1336.54 feet; thence N13°10'17”E, 192.11 feet; thence S77°01'11"E, 315.15 feet to the point of beginning; thence S77°01'11”E, 40.00 feet; thence S12°51'20”W, 51.96 feet; thence N77°08'40”W, 6.79 feet; thence S12°51'20”W, 98.23 feet; thence N77°08'40”W, 40.00 feet; thence N12°51'20”E, 138.23 feet; thence S77°08'40”E, 6.79 feet; thence N12°51'20”E, 12.04 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 0.14 acres, more or less.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
