Resolution to Revise 2025 Council Calendar
Body
Whereas, The City Council Rules require the City Council to establish a calendar of City Council meetings and work sessions in advance of each calendar year;
Whereas, The Council Rules require that regular meetings of City Council be held on the first and third Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers with exceptions for major holidays and elections;
Whereas, At the recommendation of the City Administrator, and due to Amendment #3 to the City/Downtown Development Authority (DDA) Parking Agreement, there is a desire to cancel the City/DDA Joint Work Session on Tuesday, October 14; and
Whereas, The November 3 City Council Meeting shall be moved to Thursday, November 6 due to the November 4 election;
RESOLVED, The 2025 City Council Calendar is revised and approved as follows:
