Resolution to Approve Annexation of 2118 Victoria Circle (0.394 acres) (CPC Recommendation: Approval - 9 Yeas and 0 Nays)
Memorandum
Approval of this resolution will allow annexation of this property from Ann Arbor Charter Township into the City. The property is within the City’s water and sewer service area, and the current use is consistent with the adjacent zoning, land uses and master plan. Council action on the proposed R1A zoning will be scheduled after the annexation process is complete.
The City Planning Commission, at its meeting of November 15, 2022, recommended approval of the request.

Whereas, The property hereinafter described is located in the Charter Township of Ann Arbor and is adjacent to the corporate limits of the City of Ann Arbor;
Whereas, William Middleton is the owner of said property; and
Whereas, It is the desire of William Middleton to annex said property to the City of Ann Arbor, pursuant to the provisions of Public Act 279 of 1909 or Public Act 359 of 1947 of the State of Michigan, as amended;
RESOLVED, That the following described lands and premises situated and being in the Charter Township of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, be detached from said Township and annexed to the City of Ann Arbor:
Lot 15 of Jennings Newport Heights, Washtenaw County, Michigan, according to the plat thereof recorded in Liber 10, Page 56 of Plats, Washtenaw County Records (.394 acres, more or less).
