Resolution to Appoint Kristen Schweighoefer to the Housing Board of Appeals (7 Votes Required)

Body

Whereas, The appointee is not a registered elector of the City of Ann Arbor; and

Whereas, Section 12.2(b) of the City Charter requires that the appointment of a person who is not a registered elector of the City of Ann Arbor be approved by a resolution concurred in by not less than 7 members of the Council;

RESOLVED, That City Council waives the requirement of Section 12.2(b) of the City Charter and appoint Kristen Schweighoefer to the Housing Board of Appeals to a term ending May 31, 2018.
