Title: Missing Middle Memo and Discussion - As staff starts to implement the approved Comprehensive Plan – 2050 (the Plan), consistent data collection will be a necessary step to demonstrate progress towards the Plan’s metrics. The Plan calls for more Missing Middle housing options, but a workable definition is needed for rezoning purposes. Staff would like the Planning Commission’s guidance on what should be considered Missing Middle housing.
