This memorandum and resolution requests approval for an $14,991.66 increase in purchasing authority to Presidio Networked Solutions Group, LLC (from $338,621.72 to $353,613.38) under the current contract for upgrading the City's Access Control System (door card readers, badges/key cards, controller boards, power enclosures, software) (RFP #21-10).
RFP 21-10 was awarded to Presidio Networked Solutions Group, LLC to Upgrade the City's Access Control System. During the implementation of the system, new doors were added to the system which required additional hardware and licensing. There was also an additional purchase of badges and badge readers to have in stock to minimize any issues encountered during the installation and prevent any delay in the project being completed.
Budget/Fiscal Impact: The funding for this purchase is available in the Information Technology budget.
