This easement is executed in compliance with the Reinhart Commercial Building site plan approved by Council on March 20, 2017, R-17-089.
This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Onyx Management, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 2255 W. Stadium Boulevard, described in a deed recorded in Liber 5090, Page 717 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Onyx Management, LLC has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 22, of the Plat of Melodale, a subdivision of part of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 30, T2S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, as recorded in Liber 8 of Plats, Page 28, Washtenaw County Records; thence N24°49'30"W 436.25 feet along the West line of Stadium Boulevard to the PLACE OF BEGINNING; thence S65°10'30"W 10.00 feet; thence N24°49'30"W 32.40 feet; thence nontangentially 10.01 feet along the arc of a 127.60 feet radius circular curve concave to the Northwest, having a central angle of 04°29'42", and a chord which bears N67°28'32"E 10.01 feet; thence S24°49'30"E 32.00 feet along said West line of Stadium Boulevard to the Place of Beginning.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
