Whereas, CCSHP Ann Arbor I, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 615 S. Main Street, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104, described at Liber 5175, Page 890 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, CCSHP Ann Arbor I, LLC has signed a grant of easement for sidewalks, paths, or ways for public sidewalks, described as:
The Westerly 2.08 feet of the following described parcel of land:
Beginning at the NW Corner Lot 4 of Assessor’s Plat No. 30, as recorded in Liber 9 of Plats, Page 34, Washtenaw County Records, thence S 89°46’50” E 182.47 feet (recorded 184.60 feet) along the North line of Lot 4 of said Plat; thence S 23°32’00” E 326.14 feet (recorded S 23°32’40” E 326.71 feet) along the Westerly right-of-way line of the Ann Arbor Railroad; thence N 88°59’30” W 30.00 feet along the south line of Lot 6 of Assessor’s Plat No. 30; thence S 01°00’30” W 1.20 feet; thence N 89°36’41” W 355.50 feet (recorded N 89°35’30” W 355.30 feet); thence N 35°51’17” W 6.30 feet (recorded N 42°49’00” W 5.40 feet); thence N 88°59’30” W 3.77 feet (recorded 4.00 feet); thence N 15°20’00” E 303.60 feet along the Easterly right-of-way line of South Main Street to the Point of Beginning. Being a part of Lots 4, 5 and 6 of said Assessor’s Plat No. 30 and containing 1.98 acres of land, more or less.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
