Whereas, Forest Hills Cooperative Inc. is the owner of property commonly known as 2311 Shadowood Drive; and
Whereas, Forest Hills Cooperative Inc. has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:
A parcel of land in the Southwest ¼ of Section 10, T.3S. R.6E., City of Ann Arbor, commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 175, Arbor Oaks Subdivision No. 1, Liber 19 of Plats, Pages 67-71; thence along a common property line being the Easterly line of Bryant Elementary School (as recorded in Liber 1383 Page 33) and the Westerly line of Forest Hills Apartments (as recorded in Liber 1359, Page 473) S01°14'33"E 176.05 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S36°32'02"E 126.71 feet; thence S60°58'43"E 216.46 feet; thence along the arc of a circular curve to the left and the Westerly right-of-way line of Shadowood Drive, 40.17 feet, a radius of 585.00 feet, central angle of 3°56'03", chord bears S23°54'29"W 40.16 feet; thence N60°58'43"W 228.70 feet; thence N36°32'02"W 78.86 feet; thence along the above-mentioned common property line N01°14'33"W 69.24 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; containing 13,005.16 sq. ft. of land.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor accepts this grant of easement.
