Fairview Cemetery is a 2020 National Network to Freedom designated site featuring the final resting place of John Felix White. The Michigan Freedom Trail Mission requested approval from the City of Ann Arbor to allow use of Fairview Cemetery as a place-based educational site, highlighting the life and work of John Felix White and his role in the Underground Railroad and Freedom Trail. The City of Ann Arbor welcomes this use and the approval includes any grant application support.
