The Ann Arbor City Council adopted Resolution R-26-166 and Resolution R-26-168 at the May 4, 2026, regular session of the Ann Arbor City Council. On June 3, 2026, the City Clerk’s Office received letters of approval from the State of Michigan Department of Attorney General for the two charter proposals.
