On April 10, 2026, the City Clerk’s Office received the attached Resolution to Exempt All Library Taxes from Future Capture by Ann Arbor Downtown Development Authority from the Ann Arbor District Library. The resolution was previously filed in error with the Washtenaw County Clerk on February 27, 2026.
The public hearing regarding adoption of the Ann Arbor Development TIF Plan 2026-2055 (“Amended Plan”) occurred on February 2, 2026, which is followed by a 60-day op out period for taxing jurisdictions affected.
