Memorandum

Approval of this ordinance will rezone this 1.199-acre parcel from TWP to O now that the property has been officially annexed into the City of Ann Arbor.

 

The City Planning Commission determined that the proposed rezoning is consistent with the adjacent zoning, the surrounding land uses, and the City's Comprehensive Plan 2050 and recommended approval of the request at the April 21, 2026 meeting.
