Attached is a resolution to approve the City of Ann Arbor Bryant Community Center Public Project. This project is included in the PROS Plan.
Petition Summary:
• A proposal to add an approximately 900 sq ft addition connecting the Bryant Community Center site with the single-family home located at 5 W. Eden Ct. The sites have been combined and are zoned PL.
• The proposed addition will match the existing materials and architecture of the building.
• No natural features are proposed to be disturbed from this proposal.
A neighborhood meeting was held on April 25, 2013. A summary report of this meeting is included in the Planning staff report.
The City Planning Commission, at its meeting of May 4, 2016, passed a resolution finding the above project to adhere to City private development standards and recommended approval of this request.

Whereas, The City of Ann Arbor Public Services Area has requested public project review to construct a 1-story addition, approximately 900-square feet and connecting two existing structures totaling 4,215 sq. ft.; and
Whereas, The Ann Arbor City Planning Commission, on May 4, 2016, passed a resolution finding the above project to adhere to City private development standards and recommended approval of this request;
RESOLVED, That City Council approve the City of Ann Arbor Bryant Community Center Public Project, dated April 16, 2016.
