Whereas, FL MI RE 8, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 3720 Washtenaw Avenue, by virtue of deed recorded in Liber 5309, Page 21 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, FL MI RE 8, LLC has signed a grant of easement for storm sewers and appurtenances, described as:
Commencing at the Center of Section 2, T3S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence N 00°13’58” W 874.25 feet along the North and South 1/4 line; thence S 76°49’58” E 710.00 feet; thence N 13°10’02” E 280.00 feet along the East right-of-way line of Yost Boulevard (70’ wide) to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing along the Easterly right-of-way line of Yost Boulevard (70’ wide) N 13°10’02” E 41.88 feet; thence N 47°44’36” E 70.59 feet; thence S 76°49’58” E 36.44 feet along the South right-of-way line of Washtenaw Avenue (Variable Width); thence S 47°44’36” W 121.45 feet; thence N 76°49’58” W 7.57 feet and the Point of Beginning. Being part of the NE 1/4 of Section 2, T3S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accept this grant of easement.
