This easement is given pursuant to the Site Plan approved by City Planning Commission on March 24, 2023 and the Development Agreement approved by City Council on January 22, 2024, in R-24-029.

Whereas, Ann Arbor Housing Development Corporation, a Michigan nonprofit corporation, is the owner of property commonly known as 121 Catherine Street, Ann Arbor MI 48104; and
Whereas, Ann Arbor Housing Development Corporation has signed a grant of easement for public sidewalk described and shown on the attached map:
A part of Lot 27, "Assessor's Plat No. 29", according to the plat thereof as recorded in Liber 9 of Plats, Page 20, Washtenaw County Records, described as: BEGINNING at the Southeast Corner of said Lot 27, thence along the North line of Catherine Street and the South line of said Lot 27 North 88'09'20" West 124.09 feet; thence along the West line of said Lot 27 and the East line of a public alley North 01'47'02'' East 1.66 feet; thence South 88'16'45" East 124.09 feet; thence along the East line of said Lot 27 and the West line of Fourth Avenue South 01 '48'30" West 1.93 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
