Conveyance of the easement is part of the State Street Village development.
This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, McKinley Executive Centre, LLC is the owner of property commonly known as 2221 S. State Street, described at Liber 4535, Page 39 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, McKinley Executive Centre, LLC has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:
A variable width water main easement over part of Parcel #09-12-04-200-047, being land in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 4, T.3S., R.6E., Pittsfield Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan; said easement being more particularly described as: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 4; thence along the West line of said Section 4, S00?37'30"E, 915.09 feet; thence continuing along said West line S00?37'30"E, 112.36 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence along the North line of Parcel #09-12-04-200-047 the following four (4) courses:
1) S89?44'40"E, 112.51 feet and;
2) 79.94 feet along the arc of a curve to the right, having a radius of 350.00 feet, and a chord bearing S82?42'58"E, 79.77 feet and;
3) S76?10'23"E, 54.63 feet and;
4) 35.16 feet along the arc of a curve to the right, having a radius of 230.00 feet, and a chord bearing S71?47'38"E, 35.13 feet to the East line of said Parcel;
thence along said East line the following two (2) courses:
1) S01?58'30"E, 13.36 feet and;
2) S88?01'23"W, 14.03 feet;
thence N76?13'58"W, 120.73 feet; thence S89?01'04"W, 42.06 feet;
