Memorandum
This easement is a 10-foot wide easement for electric facilities at 3225 Sunnywood Drive (Lakewood Nature Area). This grant of easement is part of a larger service improvement project in which DTE is burying electrical power lines in place of overhead power lines in the Lakewood neighborhood.

Whereas, The City of Ann Arbor is the owner of 3225 Sunnywood Drive, (Lakewood Nature Area);
Whereas, DTE Electrical Company has requested an easement for electrical facilities; and
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby approves the grant of easement as shown and described on the attached easement drawing; and
RESOLVED, That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the grant of easement in a form approved by the City Attorney.
