Memorandum

This easement is given pursuant to the St. Francis of Assisi Site Plan approved by City Council on February 16, 2021, R-21-017.

 

The easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.

Whereas, St. Francis of Assisi Ann Arbor, a Michigan nonprofit corporation, is the owner of property commonly known as 2221 Winchell Drive, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104; and

 

Whereas, Grantor has signed a grant of easement for water main and appurtenances as described below and on the attached map:
