Memorandum
The Washtenaw County Water Resources Commissioner (WCWRC) manages County drains in established drainage districts under the Michigan Drain Code of 1956. This easement is for a County drain that is part of the Traver Creek Drainage District.
Parks Department and Public Services staff have reviewed and approved the easement.
